Hopefully No More Death Guard Easy Builds

As per the title, hopefully no more of these guys in the Death Guard army.

I've modified these with eBay bits and swapped around parts from the Biologus Putrifier but I'm reaching the end of what I think I can do with these particular models.

Fortunately, Conquest will move onto the Dark Imperium Death Guard in future issues so the Easy Build should 'plague' me no more.  Groan!!!!

Nurgle's Rot Spreads

Having caught up with the Conquest deliveries, I made a start to the second batch of Blightlords and the Rhino kit that, unfortunately, I have managed to delete the photo of.  I'll have to re-upload from my phone when I can connect with it.

Curses! Work Gets In The Way.

As per the title, any further progress is effectively halted for three weeks due to an enforced separation.

Never mind, when I'm back, it's a couple of weeks off so I may resurrect the daily Production Line updates. It has been a while since I did one of those.

Charging Ahead With The First Twenty-Five.

I had a bonus day off on Friday so was able to make a start on the beginnings of the next Platoon.

Progress will be slow as my time will be taken up by some travelling so these Praetorians may not be muster ready until the Summer.

I've banked up some other hobby photos from other projects to add over the next week or so and then some more progress will be made from mid-April onwards.

The 'Grim Dark What Ever The 40K Equivalent To A Camel Is?' Corps

As per the title, I'm going for some Kitchener's Sudan Campaign inspiration for the next Platoon. 

I think the grey is slightly too dark but the key word is inspired not accurate. 

A Summation Of Ongoing Projects

Ready to go along the top shelf are Severina Raine and some of the Conquest sub Primaris.

Three Praetorian Special Weapon Squads are now complete.

Some more Conquest acquired Death Guard.

Twenty more Praetorians undercoated and ready to go.  I must lay out the unpainted Parade Of Shame soon.

These Lads need to be aligned with some more Sergeants and Heavy Weapons to add to the 45 strong Platoon lying unpainted in a box.

I'll add another post tomorrow but you can see a trial paint scheme on the trooper at the front. Redcoat fatigue has struck again so I am mining inspiration from another Victorian era Regiment.

Some more easy to build Plague Marines although as well as using some eBay bought bits, I've added and swapped around a Biologus Putrifier.

I'm thinking that these four may end up with a different colour scheme from those already painted up.

A second set of Blightlord Terminators.

Again, these may have an alternative colour scheme.

From the latest Conquest delivery, an easy build Primaris Dreadnought.

Also included, what must be the oldest GW plastic sculpts still in circulation.  The Battlefoeld Accessories set that first turned up in the 3rd Ed boxed game, or was it Gorkamorka?
