Card and Necromunda Plastic Bulkhead Terrain Was The Business...

After completing the bunkers (apart from one that suffered a mishap and will need some extra work), I ventured into the loft to dog out the others.

The first release was the Firebase. A nifty little landing pad.

I never picked up the Bastion for some reason, but the Battle Bunker was the one I bought next.

Some White Dwarf insert barricades that came out at the same time as the Storm of Vengeance campaign pack.

The Imperial Guard Command Tower.

The power station from Storm of Vengeance.

The Orks even got in on the action but I never purchased this one either.

And of course, some people are talented enough to improve on the original!

Some Nostalgic Old Schoolery

As I'm beginning the wind down to some time off at the end of next week, I broke out one of those long festering old projects this weekend.

As a result I have two of the five White Dwarf freebie card bunkers built with three to go.

I just have to pick up some plastic sheeting to mount them on.  After that I may dig out the other card and Necromunda bulkhead scenery that I have for a photo call.

New Victoria Miniatures - Female Imperial Guard

Roll Up, Roll Up!  Female Imperial Guard now available from Victoria Miniatures.

Come and get your not-Mordians.

I'm a little bit stoked to finally see these available but......

.....seeing as Victoria has shown in a work in progress for a greatcoat version, I shall probably wait for these so they can be led by......

....the Adepticon figure that was made available for general purchase for a short time last year.

Plus, they'll look good alongside the planned female gunners for the giant gun from the Reaper Bones Kickstarter.

Who knows, I may soon be able to do some female kilted Praetorian Highlanders as a side project.  It never ends.
