Following the recent additions to the Plague Marine army, including Mortarion himself, and in preparation for the upcoming new release, it was time for the army to be mustered.
The army is so fearsome a sight, the new Gorgon is cowering behind the buildings.
Mortarion makes a gorgeous centre piece as he surveys his minions.
Bad boy Typhus leads from the front and centre. Fitting for the Herald of Nurgle.
Lords Felthius and Grulgor provide sterling support in charge of their own Terminator retinues.
The Death Guard do quite well for characters and special troop types including Spellcasters, Talleymen, Biologus Putrifiers amongst others.
The backbone of the army is formed by several Plague Marine squads, all ready for the advance.
Further back up is provided by the Zandri Dust colour scheme Plague Marine squads.
The Death Guard also enjoy several unique heavy support armoured options.
To wear an enemy down and provide a distraction come the Poxwalkers.
It would be rude not to include some Daemons of Nurgle courtesy of their Start Collecting box.
Soon to arrive is the old metal (now resin) Nurgle Daemon Prince just before the advance orders begin for the new Death Guard release.
